ChallengeHER is designed to assist you in competing for government contracts by reducing the competition through the use of the WOSB Federal Contracting Program. ChallengeHER events have sessions for those who are just beginning the process of becoming a federal contractor, and for those who have federal experience but are looking for higher level content.

If you are fairly new to federal contracting

We strongly encourage you to watch the WOSB webinar to ensure all attendees have a basic level of understanding of the WOSB Federal Contracting program. When you arrive at the ChallengeHER event, plan to follow the track for beginners as this will provide information in a logical sequence to maximize your learning.

If you are more knowledgeable to federal contracting

Matchmaking

Matchmaking is available at some of events to all attendees, whether you are new to the process or more experienced. If matchmaking is available at your event and you have elected to participate, the matchmaking team will connect with you personally to get your DUNS number and NAICS code.

If you are new to federal contracting, we will assign you to ‘Educational Matchmaking’ to assist you in your preparations for speaking with a federal buyer. Seeing a buyer before you are prepared will not produce the positive results you are seeking.

If you are ready to meet with buyers, we will assign you to one-on-one meetings  according to your NAICS codes.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
